Roxane was 7 months old when we adopted her. She had a lot of energy at the time. We don't know much about how she came to be in the shelter. We expected her to be fearful at first, but we were surprised by how she behaved the first day. I had prepared a rechargeable anti-bark collar for her, but since she was quiet, I never used it.
She is very intelligent and a quick learner; she really seems to enjoy training, especially agility classes. She loves anything that squeaks but has never really figured out how to play with other dogs. She still has lots of energy and loves to play, but she is also surprisingly mellow and is just as happy napping on the table as she is spinning around outside. We trust her implicitly with our cat and rabbit and she is wonderful with children.
